Technine The Icon 2021

The 2021 Technine Icon snowboard delivers iconic performance for any rider looking to put down their first tricks or dial in new ones. Featuring artwork inspired by the ‘Unknown Pleasures’ album from Joy Division, the Icon is a pleasure waiting to be discovered, and will have you stomping jumps, locking down rails, pushing your limits on small to medium sized features, and getting playful all over the entire mountain.

Rider Type: Beginner – Intermediate

Camber Type: Flat / Rock

Flex: 5/10 (1 = soft, 10 = stiff)

Medium flex that can handle riding all over the mountain, but still won’t take too much effort to press and butter.

Shape:Twin

True twin through and through. Designed for freestyle minded riders who like to ride switch as often as they ride regular.

Core: Power Tech Core

A full tip-to-tail poplar core with finger joints. The poplar keeps the core strong, with the perfect amount of stability and energy.

Single Kevlar Taping – A tip to tail kevlar strip that adds lightweight pop.

Kevlar Crosses – Kevlar crosses on the nose and tail add extra torsional response.

Base: Extruded TT 1500

The extruded base is a tough and reliable material that doesn’t need much attention to keep you sliding.
